Our team -- of two board-certified Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgeons and a licensed clinical doctor of Audiology -- provides your patients with expert care from experienced, specialized physicians.

Shelley Jaquish MD and Timothy Dunlevy MD of Pasadena ENT & Allergy provide comprehensive medical and surgical care of the ear, nose and throat to patients of all ages.

If your patient needs a same day appointment, we will do our very best to accommodate them, just let us know.

To save your patient some time in our office, please down-load either the Adult - New Patient Packet or the Pediatric - New Patient Packet. This allows your patient the ability to complete this packet prior to their ENT appointment, especially if time is of the essence. This will greatly speed-up your patient's check-in process and allow them to see Dr. Jaquish or Dr. Dunlevy more quickly.
