Ear, Nose & Throat Shelley Jaquish, a summa cum laude graduate of Florida State University, completed Medical School at the University of Florida College of Medicine in the top 10% of her class. After a general surgery internship at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Jaquish completed her Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Jaquish chose the field of ENT because of the diversity this exciting field offers. She enjoys caring for adults, as well as children, and specializes in treating allergy and sinus problems, and medical and surgical problems involving the head and neck. Dr. Jaquish was raised in Sarasota, Florida.

Ear, Nose & Throat Sleep Medicine Dr. Timothy Dunlevy performs a comprehensive range of Ear, Nose and Throat procedures for both adults and children. He specializes in surgeries for head and neck masses, allergies, snoring, sleep apnea and sinus problems. Timothy M. Dunlevy, MD, is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served seven years as a naval aircraft carrier pilot. He then received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. Following his surgical internship at San Diego Naval Hospital, he served as the Chief Medical Officer with the 9th Marines in Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Dunlevy completed his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Portsmouth, Virginia Naval Hospital. While stationed at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Dr. Dunlevy served as the ENT advisor / instructor for the Family Practice Residency program. Dr. Dunlevy was instrumental in establishing the State of Florida Neonatal Hearing Screening Program. As a researcher, Dr. Dunlevy has been published in numerous medical journals.

Anne CarterLicensed Clinical Audiologist
Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation Dr. Anne Carter received her Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Miami University in Ohio and her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Before joining Pasadena ENT & Allergy, Dr. Carter worked seven years as a Research Audiologist for the Veterans Administration. Dr. Carter has published numerous journal articles and six book chapters related to hearing and hearing aids. Dr. Carter is a regular presenter at professional audiological conferences and is an instructor for the University of South Florida Audiology program. |
